We create tailored mental health workshops for young adults, business professionals, and company wide teams. Additionally, we also host virtual forms for anyone interested in exploring mental health and well-being.

We are based in the California Bay Area and do offer events both in-person locally and virtually.

What Are Your Qualifications?

We are currently master's candidates in Counseling Psychology with emphasis is marriage and family therapy, professional clinical counseling, and school counseling PPS.
